Webinars & online connecting

With so much going on around us in these times, it’s important to take some time to reflect, replenish, and appreciate all of the blessings we have in our lives. Our thoughts are with all of you and your families, and we are providing free resources online for you to stay connected.

Every Wednesday morning at 10AM PST, we are hosting an online connection group. Join the EITC family to share your experiences and connect with peers across the globe. You can register for the connection group.

Our next webinar is on April 17 on EQ Coaching. This is followed by the Peer Debrief Program which starts on April 23. This is a great opportunity to practice your debrief skills with other EITC Alumni who are committed to continued development of their skills.

We continue to see many of our alumni join us to refresh their skills and knowledge by attending an online certification course as an Alumni Refresher. We welcome you to join us to upgrade your knowledge and meet like-minded professionals who are passionate about emotional intelligence.

If you’re looking for a fun way to engage your family and introduce emotional intelligence to them during this period, check out our EI Competency Cards. This fun and engaging deck is a learning and teaching aid designed to deepen understanding of the fifteen emotional intelligence competencies. Based on the EQ-i 2.0, the MHS model of emotional intelligence, this deck has 4 introductory cards, 15 EI competency cards, 15 EI balance cards, and 5 composite cards. You can find them on our website and please reach out to Crystal if you have any questions.

Jill has written some great articles on grappling with connectedness and the privilege of social isolation. Check them out, and feel free to share with your networks.

Until we meet again, stay safe and healthy. With gratitude for all of you in our alumni community.
